We have access to many lots throughout the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. We builder will buy the Lot and bundle the lot and Custom New Home with only one closing at completion. No construction loan by the Buyer is required. If you own your own Lot, we can build on it anywhere in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota metro area and Western Wisconsin. We have also helped many people in locating an old house to tear down and Build a Custom New Home on the Lot.
