The Legacy Condos will be Minneapolis’ newest residences in the Downtown East Neighborhood. It will feature 374 condominiums with many amenities and parking.  The overall structure will be a combination of 17 stories, 8 stories, and 14 stories, with amenity spaces on ground and second floors.

Developed by a local company, Shamrock Development is a Twin Cities based real estate developer with expertise in urban and suburban residential multi-family development, commercial development, and parking structures. Shamrock Development has developed many influential residential properties in Minneapolis, not far from the site of their new project.  Their developments include The Portland Tower (Now under construction), Stonebridge Lofts (Next door in the Mill District), Bridgewater Lofts, 5th Ave Lofts, Lindsay Lofts, 212 Lofts, Riverwalk Lofts, Security Warehouse Lofts, and Rock Island Lofts.

Shamrock Development commissioned Oertel Architects to design The Legacy Condos. Oertel Architects have recently been highlighted with designing all of Shamrock Developments lofts, as well as the Palace Theatre Renovation and a wide array of Public Works, Municipal, and Preservation projects.
