Amenities include: A full service staff of an On Site Manager, a full time Building Engineer, live-in Caretakers, Cleaning staff and around the clock Front Desk staff to receive guests and deliveries. Fitness and recreation facilities and outdoor spaces offer wellness, entertainment and fun, including a fire pit, grill area (which can be reserved), spa and pool. Overnight guests of Residents may stay in one of three convenient and well-appointed Guest Suites. There’s a business center for occasional computer use; an indoor car wash; a Board Room for private meetings, and a Great Room for larger gatherings.
Some residences include individual private, enclosed parking garages, individual storage rooms and climate controlled wine lockers in the Wine Bar. All Residences include reserved parking in the secure, heated Parking Ramp.
Monthly Association dues include use of the shared amenities, water, sanitation, heating and cooling systems, internet, and a basic Direct TV package of more than 150 channel offerings, plus professional management.
